Subject: Vacuum windscreen wipers

Does anyone in the UK know of a source of leather washers for a Lucas type 30 vacuum windscreen wipers. Foolishly, I have left my info at home today, but I think they are 1 3/8" diameter if my memory serves me correctly.

I could make some using leather elbow patches or similar, but I'm sure pukha shaped ones can be sourced somewhere.

I reckon you could make them from bicycle pump washer, else get some thick felt. leather elbow patches would be too thin

Last year this company produced new 'washers' from an original at the request of a fellow A7 enthusiast. Idea was to offer them for sale in the Austin Seven world but to my knowledge this has not yet happened so they probably have a stock of them.
